WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
All retail merchandise purchased online at our web store carries a full warranty for defects in workmanship or materials.
NOTE: This warranty does not cover damage caused by usage, accident, improper care, negligence. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We offer USPS / UPS on domestic orders and for International Orders we also offer DHL.
At checkout, enter your address (domestic or Intl') and our system will show shipping costs for all carriers.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
In most cases, we can make changes to Custom orders before the Team Store has CLOSED. Changes include sizing, removing or adding products, and changing the delivery address.
Once your Team Store has been closed, Panache cannot make any changes to your order. For your Store's closing date, see the landing page that your team manager sent.
WHY ARE THERE NO RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM / TEAM ORDERS?
Because these items are custom and made specifically to your order, there are NO Exchanges or Returns on these items. Panache provides its Team Stores to help teams and managers gather orders without incurring the extra cost and time/hassle of taking, editting, and shipping orders. Panache takes on this service, BUT, we do not inventory extra product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges of custom, made-to-order products in Team Strores. Please check with your Team or Company to see if they are ordering inventory for size and other issues.
CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
